Hunger Advocacy & Awareness
Harvest Hope works in conjunction with the SC Food Bank Association to advocate for and raise awareness of the needs of hungry people in South Carolina. Currently Harvest Hope staff members serve on the boards of several anti-hunger organizations, including the SC Food Policy Council and the Southeastern Area Hunger Coalition. Harvest Hope is also represented on planning committees for various anti-hunger events in SC, including the Midlands Crop Walk Against Hunger and Hunger and Homelessness
Awareness Week.
