To begin the certification process, all agencies need to first review the TEFAP Training PowerPoint.
Once you have reviewed the above PowerPoint, you will need to complete this quiz. You must pass with at least a 90% to move forward in the certification process. Once you have passed the quiz, a member of the Agency Relations team will reach out to you with further documentation.
