Community Event Beverage Donation Request Portal

Being a part of the state of South Carolina is like being a member of a large family. No matter what comes our way, South Carolinians put their best foot forward to love, care and help one another.

At Harvest Hope, helping others is at the center of our mission, and we would love to support your community event with a beverage donation. Please complete the below form to request a donation for your event.

  • Requests are fulfilled based on current inventory. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee every request will be granted.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of event. 
  • If fulfilled, there can be no resale of donated items.
  • All donated items must be distributed during event.

Minimum 100 required.

Due to fluctuating inventory, your request is not guaranteed. Please allow 5 business days for a Harvest Hope representative to contact you on the status of your request. 

If we're able to fulfill your request, all donations must be picked up at our facility Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 4 PM and Friday 8 AM - 1 PM. Please work with additional community partners to help with logistic needs.
