Symphony of Giving Food Drive: Christmas with Dante Lewis
Celebrate the Season. Give Back. Make a Difference.
Join Harvest Hope, The COMET, and South Carolina saxophonist Dante Lewis for A Symphony of Giving, a holiday food drive benefiting Harvest Hope!
On Friday, December 18, community members are invited to bring canned goods and other shelf-stable food items to help fill a COMET bus outside the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. Donations will be collected from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with Dante Lewis, his band, and media partners on-site from 10:00 a.m. to noon to greet donors. Anyone who donates food can also enter a drawing for a pair of tickets to that evening’s Christmas with Dante Lewis concert.
The celebration continues that evening with live music from Dante Lewis, Mike Stone, and the Reggie Sullivan Trio. The COMET will also offer complimentary shuttle service between the Park Street Garage and the Convention Center before and after the concert.
