Dear Friends,
As we wrap up 2020, I know we are all reflecting on how this tumultuous year has changed us. One thing that has given me great comfort in times of distress is supporting local organizations who are providing needed relief from desperate circumstances. As we have been more and more restricted from helping in physical ways, I have increased my donations to organizations that can maximize impact to minimize suffering in our community.
One of these organizations is Harvest Hope.
Most of you probably know that Harvest Hope is South Carolina’s largest food bank, which serves over 1 million individuals annually that are suffering from hunger. This year, for obvious reasons, cars have been lined up around the block for their drive-through food pantries. The need is greater than ever before, and Harvest Hope is committed to making sure NO ONE struggles to get enough food to feed their families.
That means our financial donations matter more today than ever before. Harvest Hope is amazing at making every penny count - every dollar donated can provide five meals for hungry people - but they depend on our donations to be able to purchase the food that so many people rely on.

As the COVID-19 virus spreads, Harvest Hope is busy making sure our community has enough to eat. With drive-through service to keep our customers and our volunteers safe, we have adapted our processes to ensure that everyone has food on the table in this challenging time.
